Job Description

Job Summary:
We are actively building a pipeline of Manufacturing Engineers for upcoming on-site opportunities across the East Bay, South Bay, and Peninsula regions. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and workflows.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.

  • Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to support new product introductions.

  • Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Proficiency with CAD tools and manufacturing software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP systems).

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
